Every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and how to achieve it. As a personal trainer, I’ve seen clients from ages 14 to 89 accomplish things they never thought possible. We don’t all have the genetics of a supermodel or star athlete, but everyone can improve on what they have and reach their full potential.

My mission as a personal trainer is to educate my clients about exercise, diet, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while empowering them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement. Ever felt lost and confused when trying to work out on your own, even after using the services of a personal trainer? Never again-you’ll understand every aspect of your program. I encourage clients to take an active interest in accomplishing their goals, and I welcome their input and feedback throughout the entire training process.

I will provide the necessary tools to accomplish the end result, through progressively challenging and invigorating workouts. I believe in variety, constantly changing and evolving exercise routines to ensure continual progress and alleviate boredom.

What is it that I want to gain from my clientele? It is not a coincidence that we have become the fattest, unhealthiest country in the world today. With the number of fast food restaurants among us, the percentage of heart disease in our country, as well as the lack of exercise shown by the percentage of people in our gyms on a daily basis, it is no wonder we are so unhealthy. Why have we as a nation become so lazy? We owe it to not only ourselves but our children and grandchildren to take care of our bodies. We only have one in our lifetime. Our body must be treated like a well oiled machine. If we continue to ignore the standard maintence on our own machine, at one point or another it will fail. What I bring to the table is the knowledge and where-with-all to get you back on the right track. Whether you are training for a competition, an athletic event, looking to lose weight, or looking to gain weight, I truly feel my knowledge in the industry is invaluable. The training that I give you will no doubt be challenging. You will be shocked how far you can push your own body, especially with the correct nutrition. It is my job to find that spark inside you and bring it to the forefront. My job is to teach you and give you the necessary tools to succeed in this game of health.
